After months of speculation on who will star in the big screen remake of the much loved 80s TV series, it looks like the members of 'The A-Team' are getting close.

It looks like Jessica Biel could be playing Face's love interest in the film – but what the fans of the show want to know is – who will be playing Hannibal, Face,Murdock and B.A for a whole new generation?

John 'Hannibal' Smith

Liam Neeson is to play the cigar-toting leader of the team. On first look, it seemsan odd and certainly unexpected choice given that fans were hoping foractors like George Clooney, Bruce Willis and Mel Gibson to step in the shoes of George Peppard.

But following the success of kidnapped thriller 'Taken', Neeson has proved he can perform action man duties admirably.

Templeton 'Faceman' Peck

The con man of the team, and one that needs to be played by an actor with a cocky, likeable swagger and dashing looks. Step forward Bradley Cooper. That may have prompted responses like 'Bradley who?' a few months ago, but it seems an inspired choice now after his winning performance in this year's surprise box office smash 'The Hangover', and his current romantic link with Hollywood A-lister Renee Zellweger.

Howling Mad Murdock

Jim Carrey was the overwhelming fan favourite for the part, but 'District 9' star Sharlto Copley has reportedly nabbed the role. Incredibly the sci-fi blockbuster was Copley's first ever screen role and show cased enough considerable quirky charm to suggest he would  be a great choice for the part played memorably by Dwight Schultz in the original.

B.A Baracus

The hardest part to cast, as Mr T is synonymous with the role of the no nonsense, forever gold chain wearing B.A Baracus.

Again, director Joe Carnahan has gone leftfield with his casting decisions and placed his faith in the charismatic Ultimate Fighting Champion star, Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson in favour of more household names like Ice-Cube, Ving Rhames and Michael Clarke Duncan.

'The A-Team' movie is aiming to be released next summer.

I am very unimpressed with the casting choice, Liam Neeson is probably the only acceptable one. The film is in theaters June 11 2010 btw.
